Announcement of Election Schedule:
The Election Committee for the election of the provincial representatives for membership of National CIP met at TDEA Secretariat on Friday, February 12, 2021. The Election Committee reviewed and approved the list of voters and the Nomination form to be used for the purpose of the election of Provincial CIP.
The Committee approved the following Election Schedule for circulation among the eligible voters for the election of CIP.

| 1 | Filing of Nomination Papers | From February 22, 2021 – March 2, 2021 | Nomination forms must be submitted by email at the following address by 5pm
A candidate may get assistance from TDEA staff members. |
| 2 | Preliminary list of candidates | March 3, 2021 | Preliminary list of candidates will be disseminated among CIP members through email/WhatsApp. List will also available on CIP web portal. |
| 3 | Filing of Objections | Thursday, March 4, 2021 – Friday, March 5, 2021 | Any candidate or eligible voter in writing file objections and send through email at [email protected] |
| 4 | Withdrawal of nomination | Friday, March 5, 2021 | Nomination can be withdrawn by 5pm through email at [email protected] |
| 4 | Final list of candidates | Saturday, March 6, 2021 | Final list of candidates will be disseminated among CIP members through email/WhatsApp. List will also available on CIP web portal. |
| 5 | Polling Day | Monday, March 15, 2021 | Polling will start at 2pm and continue till 5pm.
Elections will be held in provincial capitals, Islamabad and Gilgit-Baltistan. |
